ARAP is contracting a consultant to deliver a set of capacity building initiatives for the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ)’s Public Education Department.
The consultant would be mainly required to perform the following tasks:
1. Conduct a capacity needs assessment of the Public Education Department, to assess the training needs of the department.
2. Develop a training curriculum and materials for the following areas:
(i) Public education on corruption, anti-corruption and integrity,
(ii) The National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP) for public education,
(iii) Participatory methodologies for public education,
(iv) Theory of change,
(v) Writing for public education,
(vi) Monitoring and evaluation of public education programmes.
3. Conduct and facilitate trainings, monitoring results and impact, and making relevant recommendations to CHRAJ and the ARAP Coordination Unit (CU).
