ARAP seeks to engage a maximum of three consultants to provide advice to the Programme's partner organisations.
Expertise is required regarding prosecution and investigation in different areas such as corruption, environmental crimes and case management.
While Environmental Governance is currently the specific focus within ARAP, the initial assignment will be to develop a manual on prosecuting environmental offences.
Further assignments will support the Programme in other areas (as per above), which might include the drafting of laws and regulations, development of SOP or protocols, development of training manuals, and delivering training courses.
Duration of Assignment: Maximum of 150 working days per consultant.
Duty Station: Home-based, with some field work in Ghana.
Estimated Start Date: 1 May 2018.
Type of Contract: Technical Assistance (short-term assignments during project implementation).
Number of Consultants Required: Maximum 3 consultants.
